Position Overview
Content Creation & Influencer Marketing
This role is designed for a seasoned content creator–turned-leader who has built, managed, and scaled their own content platforms/pages and understands the creator ecosystem firsthand.
The Head – Content Creation & Influencer Marketing will lead GRAPES’ creator-led content production and influencer marketing ecosystem, blending hands-on creator experience with strategic leadership and operational excellence. The role ensures authentic, platform-native content, scalable influencer programs, and measurable business impact.
You will work closely with Creative, Strategy, Client Servicing, Media, and Business Development teams to shape modern, creator-first brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production Leadership
- Lead end-to-end creator-first content production across social media, digital films, reels, shorts, branded content, and influencer-led campaigns
- Apply personal content creation experience to guide tone, storytelling, formats, and platform-native best practices
- Oversee production planning, budgeting, timelines, vendor negotiations, and execution
- Build and manage a strong network of creator-friendly production partners, editors, photographers, studios, and post-production teams
- Ensure high-quality output while balancing agility, authenticity, and cost efficiency
- Maintain quality control, platform compliance, and brand consistency across all deliverables
Influencer & Creator Marketing Leadership
- Build, scale, and lead GRAPES’ creator and influencer marketing vertical
- Design influencer strategies across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and emerging platforms
- Leverage personal creator experience to identify the right creators, formats, and collaborations
- Own influencer discovery, onboarding, contracting, pricing, and long-term partnerships
- Develop creator-led IPs, always-on influencer programs, and high-impact campaign launches
- Stay ahead of creator economy trends, algorithm changes, monetization models, and platform updates
Client & Business Leadership
- Act as a senior strategic partner for key clients, especially on creator-led and influencer-first campaigns
- Lead pitches, proposals, and POVs for content and influencer marketing solutions
- Translate creator insights into monetizable offerings and scalable brand programs
- Drive ROI-focused planning, performance tracking, and reporting for influencer initiatives
Team & Process Management
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing content creators, influencer managers, and production teams
- Set SOPs and workflows optimized for fast, social-first content delivery
- Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity, accountability, and creator empathy
Key Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience as a content creator managing and growing personal social media pages
- Deep understanding of creator mindset, platform algorithms, and audience behavior
- Strong expertise in influencer marketing, branded content, and social-first storytelling
- Proven ability to manage large budgets, multi-creator campaigns, and complex productions
- Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and client communication skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and people leadership capabilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in digital agencies, influencer marketing firms, production houses, or as a professional content creator
- Demonstrated experience in building personal content brands/pages
- Strong network of influencers, creators, and production partners
