Job Title: Oracle FabConnect/MES Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle FabConnect/MES Specialist with experience in the semiconductor domain to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation, specifically with Camstar and Genesis, and a foundational understanding of Oracle ERP systems. A passion for learning new technologies quickly and contributing to projects is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

MES Implementation and Support:

- Work on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) implementation projects, particularly using Oracle FabConnect in the semiconductor domain.

- Provide hands-on support and expertise for systems like Camstar and Genesis, ensuring smooth integration and operation.

Collaboration with ERP Teams :

- Collaborate with Oracle ERP technical SMEs to orient and support the integration of MES with Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Integration with IoT Platforms :

- Work with IoT platforms, particularly PaaS (Platform as a Service), to integrate data and streamline operations across various systems.

Continuous Learning and Development :

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in MES and Oracle ERP systems.

- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn new technologies quickly and effectively, ensuring timely contributions to ongoing engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Oracle FabConnect and other MES systems, specifically in the semiconductor industry.

- Strong hands-on experience with Camstar and Genesis MES platforms.

- Basic knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, SCM, and WMS.

- Familiarity with one or more MES/IoT PaaS platforms.

- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies rapidly and apply that knowledge effectively in a professional setting.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Prior experience in ERP and MES integration projects.

- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry-specific best practices.

- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
