You’ll work closely with the founders, engineering, design, customer success, and sales teams to understand our ICP, uncover real problems, and translate them into thoughtful, data-driven product decisions.This is a hands-on role where you will collaborate deeply with users, dig into workflows, write detailed functional requirements, test features, and ensure every release aligns with real market needs.If you enjoy solving complex problems, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to build a category-defining platform, this role will push you, challenge you, and give you meaningful ownership.What You'll Own:Product Discovery & Customer InsightsUnderstand our ICP across industries like Real Estate, BFSI, Healthcare, and Technology Speak to customers regularly to identify genuine pain points and usage patterns Conduct market and competitor research to validate opportunities Translate insights into clear product directionProblem Solving & RequirementsBreak large, ambiguous problems into structured, actionable tasks Write functional flows, user stories, acceptance criteria Work with design to create simple, intuitive, high-clarity experiences Use data to justify decisions instead of assumptionsExecution & DeliveryWork closely with engineering to refine tickets, unblock decisions, and maintain momentum Review builds, test flows, and ensure features work end-to-end Own release notes, documentation, and communication for new features Collaborate with QA and actively participate in testing before releasesProduct Performance & ImprovementTrack and interpret product metrics Identify gaps, friction points, and opportunities for improvementAlign product decisions with ICP needs and PMF direction Maintain tight alignment with GTM teams and customer-facing teamsDesired Candidature:2–5 years of experience in SaaS product management Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data-led decision making Ability to read API documentation and understand system architecture basics Experience working closely with engineering and design Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities High ownership mindset and willingness to get hands dirty Comfortable interacting with customers and enterprise stakeholders Able to thrive in an early-stage, high-velocity environmentBonus if you have:Experience in enterprise SaaS or workflow-heavy platforms Hands-on understanding of CRM, event tech, or marketing automation Experience writing release documentation or participating in QA Exposure to analytics tools or SQL Experience in zero-to-one product environmentsWhy Join us:Contribute directly to a fast-growing enterprise product with global adoption Work closely with founders and core product teams Own meaningful decisions and see them go live fast High-trust environment with autonomy and room to experiment Path to Senior PM or Product Lead as we scale Competitive compensation with performance-linked growthSamaaro is an equal-opportunity employer and values diversity in the workplace.
