Role : Backend Developer - AI-Driven Data Integration (Remote)

The Role :

We're seeking talented Backend Developers to join our remote team and help shape the future of AI for small businesses. You'll be working on cutting-edge data integration systems, collaborating with a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable backend systems for our AI-driven data integration platform

- Optimize data processing pipelines for efficiency and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions

- Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices

Must-Have Skills :

Strong expertise in at least one of the following :

- ClickHouse

- DBT (data build tool) for database MySQL

- PostgreSQL

- Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale data systems

- Proficiency in backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go)

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with AI/ML technologies

- Knowledge of data integration patterns and ETL processes

- Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture
