Role: Assistant Manager / Manager - Finance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing/ collating data for undertaking tax compliances
  • Summarizing the data as per the required format of Tax Forms
  • Maintaining documentation required for tax compliances
  • Keeping a track of Tax Compliance Calendar
  • Maintaining tax litigation tracker
  • Interpretation of tax laws including tax treaties and commentaries
  • Preparing tax computation, tax forms and other related compliances


Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4 to 6 years of experience
  • Prepared computation of income, tax returns & tax forms for Corporates
  • Experience of preparing schedules/ overviewing Tax Audit u/s 44AB
  • Managed TDS compliances including preparation and filing of 24Q, 26Q and 27Q forms
  • Working knowledge on Transfer pricing benchmarking and TP study
  • Managed and worked on GST Compliances (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST-9/C, ITC reconciliation, RCM reconciliation, OIDAR compliances, etc.)
  • Experience in handling tax assessments for corporate tax, transfer pricing and GST.
  • Tax Dispute Resolution experience including representation for Tax Authorities (AAR, CIT(A), Tribunal) on Corporate tax, Transfer Pricing and GST matters
  • Experience in payroll planning and structuring related aspects
  • Preparation of Provision for Tax Working and Deferred Tax
  • Worked on International tax advisory queries and knowledge on DTAAs
  • Advisory on withholding taxes on cross border transactions
  • Working knowledge of USA, Singapore and UAE tax compliances will be preferred
