Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating seamless and efficient web applications. As a Full Stack Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our loyalty platform, ensuring its optimal performance and user and maintain high-quality web applications using the latest technologies and frameworks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.Take ownership of the complete software development lifecycle, from planning and designing to implementation and testing.Develop both the front-end and back-end components of the application to ensure a seamless user experience.Write efficient and clean code using languages like Postgres, Node JS, React JS, Next JS, Express JS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration with web applicationsImplement responsive design principles and ensure compatibility across multiple devices and platforms.Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth performance and minimal downtime.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to deliver bug-free and user-friendly applications.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and suggest improvements for existing projects.Collaborate with the team on code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards.Work independently and with minimal supervision, taking complete ownership of assigned projects.Proactively identify areas for improvement, recommend solutions, and implement best practices.Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Foster a positive and collaborative work culture, sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers.What's in it for you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
