Role : Senior Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant

Experience : 7+ years

Location : Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Field Service Lightning (FSL) Consultant with over 7 years of experience in field service management and deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.


The successful candidate will configure and customize FSL to meet client needs, optimize field operations, and ensure seamless integration with other Salesforce modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Field Service Management :

- Lead the design and implementation of Field Service Lightning solutions.

- Manage and optimize scheduling, dispatching, and work order processes.

- Develop and manage service contracts, entitlements, and SLAs.

- Ensure effective asset and inventory management.

Salesforce Platform Expertise :

- Customize and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning to align with business requirements.

- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce modules and third-party applications.

- Develop custom objects, workflows, and validation rules.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical guidance and best practices to the project team.


- Conduct technical reviews and ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Training and Support :

- Train and mentor junior consultants and end-users.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FSL implementations.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for FSL solutions.

Requirements :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in field service management.

- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning.

Technical Skills :

- Proficient in Salesforce administration, customization, and configuration.

- Strong understanding of FSL capabilities, including scheduling and optimization, mobile solutions, and service contracts.

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant.

- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator.

- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder or Developer (preferred).

Soft Skills :

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
