Job Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated developer with expertise in Java, database management, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Python to join our team on a contract basis.


The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience and the ability to start within two weeks. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects, leveraging cloud technologies, and contributing to high-quality software solutions.

Java Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Database Management :

- Design and implement database schemas.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.

- Perform database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

- Ensure data integrity and security.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) :

- Develop and manage applications on GCP.

- Utilize GCP services such as Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Compute Engine, and more.

- Implement best practices for cloud security and cost management.

- Monitor and maintain cloud-based applications to ensure optimal performance.

Python Development :

- Develop and integrate Python scripts and applications.

- Work on data processing, automation, and other Python-related tasks.

- Collaborate with the AI/ML team to integrate machine learning models into applications (if applicable).

Collaboration and Communication :

- Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Technical Skills :

Java Development :

- Strong proficiency in Java programming language.

- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot.

Database Management :

- Experience with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).

- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.

- Understanding of database design and normalization.

Google Cloud Platform (GCP) :

- Hands-on experience with GCP services and infrastructure.

- Familiarity with deploying and managing applications on GCP.

Python Development :

- Proficiency in Python programming language.

- Experience with Python libraries and frameworks.

Additional Skills :

- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

- Understanding of RESTful API design and development.

- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Java development, database management, GCP, and Python.
