The Opportunity :

Are you a seasoned technical leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and delivering impactful software solutions? Unicode Systems is seeking a talented Technical Lead to join our growing team in Lucknow.

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll take the lead on technical projects, providing expert guidance and direction to developers while ensuring successful software delivery.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design robust technical solutions, and oversee the entire implementation process.

Responsibilities :

- Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.

- Provide comprehensive technical expertise and guidance to the development team.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and design sound solutions.

- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance.

- Implement and advocate for efficient software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.

- Identify and mitigate potential technical risks before they impact project outcomes.

- Champion continuous improvement within the development team and processes.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Developer.

- Proficiency in multiple programming languages i.e. Java, Python, C++, C#

- Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and architecture.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.

- Experience with microservices architecture.

- Certification in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
