The key role includes:-

Creation of compelling visual content for publicity campaigns, including advertisements, social media graphics, email templates, brochures, posters, and banners, ensure all design materials adhere to the organization’s brand guidelines, Design and edit graphics, illustrations, infographics, and other visual assets, Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to produce cohesive and effective campaign materials, Create multimedia assets such as animations or video graphics for digital campaigns, Design layouts for both digital and print media, considering different formats and specifications etc..


Essential Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with certification from a reputed institute in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communications or a related field with with First Division or minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized University/Institution.

Relevant certifications or courses in graphic design can be beneficial.


Desirable Skills

Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts like phishing, identity theft, online scams, digital hygiene. Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, In Design (mandatory).

- Ability to create engaging and audience-appropriate visual content across formats (print, digital, social media, outdoor).

- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, GIF creation, and short video editing (preferred, but not mandatory).

- Understanding of color schemes, typography, visual hierarchy, and branding consistency.

- Ability to adapt designs based on the target audience (students, senior citizens, working professionals, rural communities).


Work Experience(Essential)

Minimum one year of experience in graphic designing for public awareness, education campaigns, or digital communication projects.

- Exposure to designing posters, infographics, banners, digital creatives, e-booklets, and animated content for social campaigns or educational content.

- Experience in developing visuals related to cybersecurity awareness, digital safety tips, online fraud prevention themes, or government campaigns (desirable)

- experience in designing for both digital and print media.
