Job Description: HW - Technical Lead

- Looking for an expert in hardware development in the level of Technical Manager and manage complete product lifecycle.

- Shall be strong in leading from the front and driving the team towards achieving the company's objective. Shall be an expert in identifying, grooming and mentoring the team

Job Skills/Responsibilities:

- Involvement in defining the hardware architecture for the camera system , considering performance, power efficiency, and scalability.

- Lead the development of Embedded hardware for the CPU Based designs

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical leadership to the hardware development team.

- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, QA engineers, and product managers

Experience Required :

- Total Experience above 5+ Yrs of which minimum 3 yrs in High speed board design and minimum 2 Yrs in the Tech lead level (Team Handling )

Skill sets required :

Mandatory :

- Should have expertise in CPU based designs (Qualcomm/NXP/Mediatek/Ambarella etc)

- Experience on High speed design is must (PCIe, DDR3/4, SATA, HDMI, USB3.0, MIPI etc.)

- Should have a good understanding of Thermal performance of the device

- BOM optimized/Low cost product designing experience

- MP oriented product design should have experience

- Good understanding of RF interfaces

- Experience in camera based design will be a plus

- Low power/Battery designs will be a plus

- SI/PI analysis will be a plus
