We’re now looking for like-minded folks to join the crew.Role OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, building, and scaling product experiences that deliver value to customers and the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams engineering, design, data, operations, risk, and marketing to shape product strategy and execute on it with speed.Key ResponsibilitiesFocus on executing well-defined product roadmaps, delivering high-quality features, and solving user problems with rigor.Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors in the credit card and payments ecosystem.Define product requirements, write clear PRDs/user stories, and own the execution end-to-end.Drive product discovery with design & research to craft intuitive customer experiences.Partner with engineering and operations to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.Use data-driven insights (funnels, cohorts, A/B tests) to prioritize and iterate.Collaborate with risk, compliance, and legal to ensure regulatory adherence.Benchmark against market trends, competitors, and global fintech best practices.What We’re Looking For4+ years of experience in product management or adjacent roles (BA, consulting, operations, design/eng with product exposure).Strong analytical ability; comfort with data tools (SQL/Excel/BI dashboards).Excellent communication & stakeholder management.Empathy for customers, with a bias for simple and delightful UX.Hustle & ownership mindset; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Nice to Have: - Experience in credit cards, lending, payments, or regulated financial products.Exposure to growth, rewards, or risk-led product areas.Immediate joiners preferred
