Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst Intern – Performance Marketing who will work closely with the paid ads and growth team. This role focuses on tracking, analyzing, and optimizing

marketing performance across platforms like Meta, Google, and landing pages to improve ROAS, CAC, and conversions.


Key Responsibilities

• Analyze paid marketing data across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms

• Track end-to-end funnel metrics (Leads → Trials → Enrollments → Revenue)

• Build and maintain performance dashboards (Excel / Google Sheets / Looker Studio /

Power BI)

• Monitor CAC, ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and cohort performance

• Identify winning creatives, audiences, and funnels using data

• Support A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and offers

• Create daily/weekly performance reports with clear insights and action points

• Flag anomalies and performance drops early


Required Skills

• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, formulas)

• Basic SQL for data extraction and analysis

• High comfort with numbers, ratios, and trends

• Ability to connect marketing data → business outcomes

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in reporting


Good to Have

• Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads

• Basic SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Experience with Looker Studio / Power BI / Tableau

• Basic Python (Pandas) for data cleaning

• Understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS)

• Experience working with funnels or attribution data
