Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure smooth execution.
  • Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and reports.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support project managers in risk management and quality assurance activities.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
