Job Description :

- Plan, design, and meticulously execute security tests and assessments of software applications, systems, and networks, ensuring comprehensive coverage of security vulnerabilities and threats.

- Identify and exploit security vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and weaknesses in web applications, APIs, and infrastructure through penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments, to assess and improve the security posture of systems and applications.

- Conduct thorough penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments to evaluate the security of systems and applications, utilizing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, or OWASP ZAP to identify and mitigate potential risks.

- Analyze security test results and findings, and prepare detailed reports and recommendations for remediation, providing actionable insights to development teams and stakeholders for enhancing security controls and practices.

- Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software development lifecycle to address security issues, integrate security controls, and promote security awareness and best practices.

- Stay updated on the latest security testing tools, techniques, and best practices, actively participating in training, certifications, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance proficiency and effectiveness in security testing.

- Provide expert guidance and support to other team members on security testing methodologies, techniques, and tools, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Proven experience in security testing, penetration testing, or ethical hacking roles, demonstrating expertise in identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities and weaknesses.

- Familiarity with a range of security testing tools such as Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, or OWASP ZAP, and the ability to leverage them effectively to assess and mitigate security risks.

- Strong understanding of web application security concepts, protocols, and attack vectors, enabling the identification and remediation of security vulnerabilities and threats.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills :

- Security Testing: Proficient in planning, executing, and analyzing security tests and assessments to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities and threats effectively.

- Penetration Testing: Skilled in identifying and exploiting security vulnerabilities and weaknesses through thorough penetration testing, code reviews, and vulnerability assessments.

- Collaboration: Effective collaboration and teamwork skills, enabling seamless interaction with development teams to address security issues and integrate security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Continuous Learning: Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying updated on the latest security testing tools, techniques, and best practices to enhance proficiency and effectiveness in security testing.

Preferred :

Certification in penetration testing or ethical hacking (e.g., CEH, OSCP), demonstrating advanced proficiency and expertise in security testing methodologies and practices.
