And to build and strengthen this superpower, we’re on the lookout for an amazing GRC AnalystExperience: 3- 5 yearsLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:Support security audits across the organization related to ISO 27001, PCI, SAR, and other compliance initiativesCoordinate efforts for internal /external/ partner banks audits and fill the checklistsPrepare, Review and Analyse Compliance and Assessment documents.Use existing company policies and standards, and applicable industry regulations to plan,maintain, and operate compliance activitiesConduct periodic reviews/audits of systems to ensure adherence to current procedures and policies in all areas within the companyWork with business units and IT support staff to design remediation where deficiencies are identifiedPerform third-party risk assessments and submit the risk report to the leadershipConduct periodic security awareness training for all employees.Perform Cloud security risk assessmentsRequirements3-5 years of relevant work experience.Good understanding of Risk management practices, control assessment, and NIS,guidelinesKnowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS, SOC type 2, etcKnowledge of Cloud computing/Elastic computing across virtualized environmentsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of personal integrityPreferred to have work experience in FinTech's and BanksWhy work at Open?
