Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Russian-speaking professional to support communication, operations, and customer engagement with Russian-speaking clients, partners, and internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in both Russian and English, strong interpersonal abilities, and the capability to work efficiently within a multicultural, fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between Russian- and English-speaking teams.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks, including documentation, reporting, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Translate and localize materials, such as emails, presentations, customer communications, and internal documents.
  • Manage customer inquiries, provide timely responses, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless project execution and problem resolution.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, meeting summaries, and operational reports.
  • Contribute to improving workflows, customer engagement processes, and internal communication standards.
  • Maintain cultural awareness to ensure communication is respectful, accurate, and aligned with regional expectations.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in communications, customer service, operations, or similar roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Russian-speaking markets or clients.
  • Knowledge of local business practices and cultural nuances.
  • Previous experience in multinational or multicultural teams.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
