Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven Head of AI Engineering to architect, scale, and lead our AI Factory. This leader will spearhead development of transformative AI and Gen AI solutions, manage a large multi-disciplinary engineering team, and collaborate directly with clients to co-create rapid prototypes and production-grade solutions.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a dynamic individual with proven success in building large AI teams, delivering sophisticated Gen AI applications, and thriving in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build & Scale the AI Factory: Establish a world-class AI engineering organization capable of executing multiple internal and client projects simultaneously.
• Innovative Solution Development: Drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Gen AI solutions for complex business challenges across industries.
• Rapid Prototyping: Lead teams to deliver functional proof-of-concepts (POCs) in 3–5 days to demonstrate transformational potential to clients.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities for AI-driven transformation, and articulating clear value propositions.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
• Delivery Excellence: Oversee full lifecycle delivery of AI initiatives from ideation through production, ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business impact.
• Collaboration & Partnerships: Work closely with internal business leaders, product teams, and external partners to accelerate AI adoption.
• Thought Leadership: Represent US Tech Solutions at industry forums, positioning the company as a leader in Gen AI-powered talent and HR Tech innovation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven leadership in building and scaling large AI/ML engineering teams.
• 15+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in AI/ML and Gen AI solution development.
• Demonstrated success delivering sophisticated Gen AI solutions (e.g., LLM applications, multi-modal AI, conversational AI, enterprise automation).
• Experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade AI platforms in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling business solutions.
• Track record of delivering rapid POCs and transitioning them into production-ready solutions.
• Deep knowledge of modern AI ecosystems: LLM frameworks, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases, cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, DevOps/MLOps, and security in AI systems.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial mindset.
