Should create and own the project plan including work breakdown structure, resource management, risk management, etc. Responsible for meeting the project milestones within time, budget and desired quality. Responsible for creating and managing schedule and track the project activities during the project lifecycle. Should identify all the project risks at various phases of development and should propose & implement risk mitigation measures during the project life cycle. Responsible for executing the project as per the defined development process. Responsible for ensuring project development life cycle meets the quality & regulatory requirements (like FDA, CE etc.) while working closely with QA/RA groups. Should co-ordinate with various external teams like HW, product management and sales/support teams during all phases of SW development. Responsible for managing external vendors. Responsible for maintaining a positive and vibrant project environment within the team. Should have an overall experience of 8-10 years and having around 3 years of working experience as SW Project Manager.Should have hands on experience on agile and safe and should have worked on medical devices.Should have handled couple of projects in waterfall methodology.Should have some expose to azure cloud.Roles and Responsibilities: Activity and resource planningOrganizing and motivating a project teamControlling time managementCost estimating and developing the budgetEnsuring customer satisfactionAnalyzing and managing project riskMonitoring ProgressManaging reports and necessary documentationProcess Skills: Working experience in Health care domain is a plusExperience in managing several software projects from inception to market release is a must.Experience in creating and maintaining comprehensive project documents, plans and reportsExperience in driving project management in agile development process is highly desiredExpertise in using project management tools like MS Project (Gantt chart, CPM), TFS, etc is a mustWorking experience in managing external vendors.Proven experience in coordinating with different project stakeholders and geographically distributed teams. Prior software development experience is a must
