Overview :

We are seeking a talented Security Engineer with 4 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity and hands-on experience in implementing security solutions.

As a Security Engineer, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our systems and data against potential threats and :

Security Infrastructure Management :

- Design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.

- Configure and manage security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.

Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) :

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration tests to identify and address security weaknesses.

- Analyze security test results and recommend remediation measures to mitigate risks.

Incident Response and Forensics :

- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures to effectively respond to security incidents.

- Perform digital forensics investigations to determine the root cause of security breaches and incidents.

Security Compliance and Auditing :

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, and PCI DSS.

- Conduct periodic security audits and assessments to evaluate compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Security Awareness and Training :

- Provide security awareness training to employees to educate them about cybersecurity best practices and policies.

- Promote a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Security Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of security policies, procedures, and configurations.

- Generate regular reports on security metrics, incidents, and remediation activities for management review.

Technical Skills Required :

- Hands-on experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), antivirus software, SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) systems, and vulnerability scanning tools.

- Proficiency in conducting vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and digital forensics investigations.

- Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems, and cloud computing environments.

- Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, HIPAA, etc.

- Experience with security incident response procedures and incident management tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security roles.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
