The ideal candidate should possess experience with ETL, data and reporting; and contributing code to deliver new features and functionality. Day-to-day you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, marketing, operations, and customer experience teams. This role is integral to our client’s team which aims at building up the next generation digital platform to bring completely new experiences to their customers.CompetenciesExcellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our clients in the US.3+ years experience with Microsoft ETL tools including SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and/or Azure Data Factory (ADF) required.3+ years experience with Snowflake preferred.3+ years experience with Microsoft PowerBI preferred.Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Fabric preferred.Experience working on teams providing Level 1 & Level 2 support.Experience with API integrations and web service development preferred.Good understanding of technical tools and development platforms.Knowledge of technical design and architecture concepts such as application design, integration platforms, networking, computation concepts, application frameworks, and data modeling approaches.Proficient with version control systems such as github and issue tracking tools (Jira).Good knowledge of modern design and development patterns.Experience working with product, sales and other key stakeholders to drive business success.Bachelor’s degree in technology or engineering or related discipline.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with client's users and developers to monitor and troubleshoot ETL, data and reports.Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of the team.Actively participate in all major technical discussions related to the platform.Create a culture of observability within the team, constantly keeping an eye on the performance and stability of the platform.
