Responsibilities :

- Security Solution Design: Spearhead the design and implementation of comprehensive data security solutions, strategies, and policies, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of security risks and vulnerabilities within data systems, databases, and applications, and develop robust mitigation plans to address identified threats effectively.

- Security Measures Implementation: Execute the deployment of advanced security measures, including encryption techniques, access controls, data masking, and other pertinent safeguards, to uphold data integrity, confidentiality, and availability.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with IT teams and stakeholders to seamlessly integrate robust security controls into data management systems and workflows, fostering a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

- Security Audits and Assessments: Lead and execute regular security audits, assessments, and reviews to evaluate adherence to established security standards, identify areas for improvement, and ensure continuous enhancement of security posture.

- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and trends in data security through ongoing research and professional development, and proactively recommend and implement measures to strengthen the organization's security posture.

- Support and Guidance: Provide expert guidance and support to development teams on secure coding practices, data protection techniques, and adherence to security policies and standards, fostering a proactive approach to security across all stages of development.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices.

- Proven track record of success in designing and implementing data security solutions, with a focus on safeguarding critical data assets against evolving threats.

- In-depth understanding of data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and other relevant compliance frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with a wide range of data security technologies and tools, including encryption methodologies, access control mechanisms, and data loss prevention (DLP) solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Skills :

- Data Security Design: Proficient in designing and implementing robust data security solutions, strategies, and policies tailored to organizational needs and regulatory requirements.

- Risk Assessment: Skilled in conducting comprehensive risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security risks effectively.

- Compliance Management: Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards, translating regulatory requirements into actionable security measures.

- Collaboration: Strong collaborative skills, enabling effective teamwork and communication with cross-functional teams to integrate security controls seamlessly.

Preferred :

- Certification in information security (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA), showcasing a commitment to professional excellence and expertise in cybersecurity practices and principles.
