Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer located in the Kolkata Metropolitan Area. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content, including graphics, logos, branding materials, presentations, and digital creatives across multiple platforms.

Daily responsibilities include creating engaging visuals with quick turnarounds, collaborating closely with the marketing and branding teams, maintaining design consistency, and strictly adhering to brand guidelines. The designer will also work on typography, layout design, and visual storytelling for digital and print media, as well as assist in basic video creation and motion creatives.

The role requires speed, adaptability, and the ability to efficiently leverage AI-powered tools for generating images, videos, and creative content to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography
  • Strong skills in Logo Design and Branding
  • Video creation and basic motion graphics skills
  • Strong understanding of typography and visual design principles
  • Ability to deliver designs with quick turnarounds in a fast-paced environment
  • Mandatory experience using AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative assets (including tools like Google Nano Banana and similar AI platforms)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating presentations, design documentation, and visual reports
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and branding teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
