Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth execution as per drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients for design clarifications and approvals.
  • Manage labour, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain quality and timelines.
  • Ensure high standards of workmanship, especially in architectural details and finishes.
  • Conduct site measurements, prepare progress reports, and update project schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
  • Monitor material usage, check quality of construction materials, and reduce wastage.
  • Support billing team with site measurements and certification.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in architect-designed residential projects.
  • Strong understanding of finishes, detailing, and architectural coordination.
  • Good communication skills for client and consultant interactions.
  • Ability to lead teams and resolve site-level challenges independently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel, and basic site management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in residential building construction, preferably architect-driven projects.
