About the Role

ICICI Securities is looking for a dynamic and market-savvy Social Media Specialist to join our digital content team. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the pulse of the stock markets, can create engaging content, and knows how to grow and nurture communities across social media platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish high-quality content across major social media channels.
  • Monitor stock market trends and translate them into simple, engaging, and timely social media content.
  • Collaborate with research, product, and marketing teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of financial content.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content strategy for higher reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Manage real-time communication during major market events, product launches, or campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
  • Maintain ICICI Direct’s brand voice consistently across all platforms.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of stock markets, trading, and investment concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools and dashboards.
  • Ability to convert complex financial concepts into simple and engaging content.
  • Good communication, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reading and interpreting social media analytics.
  • Proven track record of managing or growing social media pages is a strong plus.


Preferred Experience

  • 4 - 10 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Experience working with BFSI brands or finance-focused digital publishers is an advantage.
