Job Description :


- Review all current B2C engagement channel content (email, push, Whatsapp) and develop a content strategy that aligns with the overall user experience goals and brand tone of voice, ensuring consistency and clarity in messaging across all touchpoints.

- Based on the review, produce high-quality and engaging content for all channels including, microcopy, CTA's, and other interaction points that guide users seamlessly to our products.

- Prepare variants to A/B test for performance.

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate the content seamlessly into the overall design of the communications.

- Content Optimization : Together with the product manager and product designer, analyze performance and testing results to iterate and optimize content for improved user satisfaction and task completion, including running further optimizations.

- Workflow Efficiency : Leveraging natural language processing capabilities with tools like ChatGPT to help us to to scale more efficient content creation.

- Style and Tone Guidelines : Collaborate with our brand team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, UX Design, or a related field.

- 5+ years proven experience as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role in a tech-focused environment.

- Strong portfolio showcasing successful UX content projects, and a general understanding of UX principles.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Familiarity with design and implementation tools such as Figman and Lokalise.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
