Must Have:

  • SAP GRC Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC modules like Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
  • SAP IDM Implementation: Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires and role changes to grant access quickly.
  • Role and Access Management: Create and manage secure user roles for SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments, including Fiori and HANA roles.
  • Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, analyze and mitigate security risks, and perform regular user access reviews.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations like SOX by implementing and managing GRC policies and procedures.
  • Auditing: Support internal and external audits by providing access reviews, audit logs, and security documentation.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues related to authorization, security, and GRC implementation, and collaborating with other technical and functional teams.
  • Training: Train end-users on SAP security best practices and GRC applications.

  • Communication: Excellent client-facing and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Business Acumen: Deep knowledge of utility-specific business processes, particularly in electricity and gas domains.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and troubleshooting complex issues.
