Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement new features for web applications, ensuring functionality and performance.

- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases, identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently.

- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.

- Manage tools and processes for handling analytics data and metrics to assess user experience.

- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.

- Act as a mentor to fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and knowledge-sharing culture.

- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve legacy systems through innovation.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software development with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

- Solid foundation in computer science principles, including software design and development methodologies.

- Experience building high-performance and scalable server-side applications.

- Proficiency in at least one server-side programming language (e.g. C/C++, Java, Rust).

- Familiarity with others is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Experience in the ad tech industry is a plus.
