Job Overview

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to support project delivery by capturing business problems, defining value drivers and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role focuses on understanding business needs, analyzing processes and data flows, assessing feasibility, and supporting the full lifecycle of solution delivery.


You will work within structured project methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting projects of smaller scope and complexity. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to produce clear and concise documentation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and articulate business problems, functional and non-functional requirements, including usability, data, security and supportability needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assess risks, feasibility and business impact.
  • Analyze and model processes, workflows and data flows to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain clear, accurate and updated documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support solution development by ensuring alignment between requirements, design and delivery.
  • Prepare presentations, business cases and proposals to articulate value and influence decisions at the team level.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Work under broad guidance and escalate risks or blockers when required.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar analytical/project-facing role.
  • Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, process modelling and data analysis.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements and assess solution options.
  • Experience supporting IT projects using agile or hybrid methodologies.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • English fluency (written and verbal).


✨ Preferred Skills

  • Experience working on small to mid-size IT projects.
  • Familiarity with process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN) or requirements-management tools.
  • Exposure to technical concepts such as data flows, APIs, integration points or system design.
  • Ability to prepare business cases, value assessments or investment proposals.
