Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer specializing in Mechanical, Electrical,

and Plumbing (MEP) works to join our construction team for a luxury apartment building

project in Goa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems, excellent

project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders

to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems including HVAC, plumbing,

electrical, and fire-fighting systems.

- Ensure that all MEP works are executed in accordance with project specifications,

standards, and timelines.

2. Coordination and Communication:

- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, designers, and contractors to integrate MEP

systems seamlessly.

- Liaise with suppliers and vendors for the procurement of materials and equipment.

3. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct site inspections to ensure the quality of MEP installations and troubleshoot any

issues.

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry

standards.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports,

budgets, and schedules.

- Ensure that all required inspections and certifications are completed and documented.

5. Health and Safety:

- Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site.

- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and

incidents.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or a similar role in MEP works, preferably in

residential building projects.

- Strong knowledge of MEP systems design, construction, and commissioning processes.

- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD is desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with luxury residential projects is an advantage.

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Goa.
