Job Description

Seeking an experienced specialist with strong expertise in SAP PP/APO and hands-on OMP functional skills. The role involves production scheduling, master data management, and supporting planning processes within pharmaceutical or process industry environments.

Essential Experience & Qualifications

Candidate must meet at least one of the following:

1. 4–5 years hands-on Detail Scheduling in Pharma/Process industry using SAP ECC/APO.

2. 4–5 years Supply Planning using a hybrid SAP APO + ECC setup.

3. 6–7 years as a Business Analyst for Production Planning & Execution (Formulations/API).

4. 6–7 years as an SAP PP/APO Functional Consultant in Pharma/Process industry.


Must Have:

- 1+ year hands-on functional experience with OMP OPR or OMP Data Manager (data extraction/loading).

- Strong working knowledge of:

- Production Scheduling processes

- Production Execution & Process Order Lifecycle

- SAP ECC PP Master Data (Recipes, BOMs, Versions, Resources)


Working Knowledge of:

- Integration between SAP ECC and Electronic Batch Systems (PAS-X)

- Capacity calculations, scheduling parameters (setup, rates, buffers)

- Inventory parameters and lot sizing

- Data analytics (Advanced Excel + basic Power Query)
