Job Description :

- Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design

- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation

- Defining Salary & Base Pay, Individual Compensation, workforce Compensation & Total Compensation Statements

- Should be able to write fast formulas

- Support the client during all phases of testing, production cutover, and post-go-live

- Supporting data migration activities

- Assist the integration team to build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/custom solutions

- Ability to create functional design documents

- Provide end-user support and training to HR teams, managers, and employees to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Oracle HCM Cloud system.

- Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation updates and enhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend and implement system improvements.

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Strong team handling skills, analytical skills, and presentation skills
