Serve as Lead ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing/using Optum's, Dev & Ops, and overall best practices as pertains to workflows, integration, configuration, customization, orchestration, access controls, etc.
Responsibilities :
- 7+ years of relevant experience in administrating and supporting ServiceNow.
- Should be self-driven, a good communicator and a team player.
- Perform all phases of software engineering including requirements analysis, application design, code development and testing.
- Design and implement product features in collaboration with business and stakeholders.
- Design reusable components, frameworks, and libraries.
- Work very closely with architecture groups and drive solutions.
- Participate in an Agile / Scrum methodology to deliver high-quality software releases every 2 weeks through Sprint.
- Design and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Review code and provide feedback relative to best practices and improving performance.
- Troubleshoot production support issues post-deployment and produce solutions as required.
- Mentor and guide other software engineers within the team.

- ITSM
- ServiceNow
Mandatory Skills Description :
- 7+ years of experience
- Experience on different platforms like ServiceNow, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, SQL, UI & CSS.
- Should have strong knowledge of client / server-side scripting, Service Portal UI, Reporting, ACLs, Mid server setup, APIs integration and connection with other databases.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and a good understanding of ITSM modules (Asset/Configuration/Incident/Problem Management, Product Catalog etc).
- Advanced problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Web development tools and techniques like .NET and AJAX
- Experience in continuous integration, continuous delivery.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
