Role Overview


  • As the Design & Marketing Manager / Senior Manager, you will lead the end-to-end branding, marketing, and design strategy for Tatva Agro Superfoods’ product range, with a strong focus on online and quick-commerce channels.
  • You’ll collaborate closely with product, packaging, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure every product looks compelling, tells its story, and reaches the right audience. This role demands a mix of creativity, digital expertise, and business acumen — perfect for someone who can drive both visual impact and measurable sales results.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the design and marketing strategy for all FMCG products, ensuring consistency, innovation, and market relevance.
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns across digital platforms (especially quick-commerce channels) to drive visibility, engagement, and sales.
  • Collaborate with packaging, product, and sales teams to create designs and messaging that resonate with consumers.
  • Research and implement modern marketing trends, digital tools, and innovative brand-building techniques.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, tracking performance metrics, ROI, and impact of marketing initiatives.
  • Lead branding, packaging, and promotional projects from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
  • Develop and showcase impactful marketing projects with tangible results, both online and offline.
  • Ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with Tatva’s brand values, sustainability, and overall business goals.



What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in FMCG marketing, preferably with urban, digital-first, and new-age brands.
  • Hands-on experience driving campaigns for online platforms, with quick-commerce experience preferred.
  • Strong creative and visual sensibility combined with data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to execute impactful campaigns that convert, with measurable market results.
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can own projects end-to-end.
