Our designers work closely with developers and creative writers.Note - This graphic design job is full-time, working from our Lucknow office.Job requirements for a Graphic Designer:Design various email and social media campaigns.Create layouts, fonts, and images to create usable and aesthetically pleasing layouts.Create designs for leaflets, flyers, posters, branding stationaries, website layouts, app layouts, etc.Balance exciting design with superior campaign performance and brand guidelines.Should be good at editing original, high-quality, compelling visual content.Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Create and develop multimedia content for the internal company, external promotional social graphics,product marketing images, and corporate and other enterprise-wide projects. 9.Coordinate with other departments such as content, web development, MIS, sales, Social Media, etc. 10.Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to come up with new designs and optimize existing designs for various marketing campaigns.What we are looking for in our Graphic Designer:Bachelor's degree, certification, or diploma in graphic design or closely related discipline2-3 years (post-college) experience in a graphic design roleA degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plusHands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator Corel Draw, or a similar toolSolid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.Hands-on experience in Social Media / Digital DesignsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to work flexibly and towards tight deadlinesPerks and Benefits:Competitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.A collaborative and supportive work culture that values innovation and creativity.5 days a week, working for a better work-life balance.Access to cutting-edge design tools and resources.The privilege of being among the first to experience and enjoy our latest range of beauty and personal care products.We'd love to hear from you if you're ready to contribute your unique perspective to our creative journey and bring captivating ideas to life.
