Job Description – Creative Graphic Designer - Brand & Marketing Opening (3)

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Static-Creative Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing high-quality static visual assets for print, digital, and branding needs. This role requires strong design fundamentals, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate brand guidelines into compelling visual communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop static visual assets including social media creatives, banners, brochures, posters, flyers, product packaging, presentations, infographics, and advertisements.

• Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and content teams to create on-brand designs that drive engagement and conversions.

• Translate brand guidelines into consistent, modern, and visually appealing designs.

• Adapt designs across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media, web, emailers, etc.).

• Ensure all designs are optimized for quality, resolution, and format based on the medium (print/digital).

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, layouts, typography, and visual storytelling.

• Manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines with high-quality output.

• Prepare and deliver print-ready and web-ready files in required formats.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field & experience – Min 4 yrs

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio focused on static designs.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Must (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects ,CorelDRAW, etc.) 3d tools & Static Animation + Maya /3D Max +Base knowledge of design structure and knowledge of other design tools (Canva, Figma, etc. is a plus) Ai tools.

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.

• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and within brand guidelines.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on tight timelines.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in branding , Marketing creative collaterals , Events & integration and corporate identity design.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus (though not mandatory).

• Familiarity with print production processes and specifications.

• Passion for design, innovation, and staying updated with design trends and industry standards.
