Senior Data Protection Engineer with extensive experience in managing and maintaining data protection platforms such as Rubrik, Cohesity, Oracle ZFS, and ZDLRA.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security, availability, and integrity of critical data assets within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain data protection platforms including Rubrik, Cohesity, Oracle ZFS, and ZDLRA to uphold data security best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess data protection requirements and implement effective solutions.

- Monitor performance and availability of data protection systems using tools like New Relic to proactively address issues.

- Develop and maintain scripts using Python for automation tasks related to data protection processes.

- Utilize Ansible AWX for configuration management and automation of routine tasks.

- Participate in an on-call rotation schedule to provide timely support for any critical - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
