Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our SAP implementation and support projects, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP FICO modules based on business requirements. This role requires expertise in financial accounting processes and SAP configuration to ensure the smooth running of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, CCA, PCA, etc.).

- Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements and ensure integration with other SAP modules.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP FICO solutions and provide recommendations for best practices in financial processes.

- Perform SAP FICO system enhancements and upgrades as needed.

- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of SAP FICO modules to ensure optimal functionality.

- Provide end-user training and support documentation for SAP FICO modules.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external consultants to ensure successful SAP FICO implementation and support.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant or similar role with hands-on experience.

- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO module configuration and integration with other SAP modules.

- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is preferred.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective SAP FICO solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- SAP certifications in FICO modules are a plus.
