Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Aisera Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions using the Aisera platform. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, enhance customer experience, and integrate Aisera with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize AI-powered virtual assistants and chatbots using AiseraGPT and AI Workflow Studio.
  • Design and implement low-code/no-code automation workflows tailored to enterprise use cases.
  • Integrate Aisera with backend systems such as SAP, CRM, HRMS, and custom APIs.
  • Lead bot orchestration, NLP model training, and configuration of Day0/Day1 experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and performance standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Participate in Aisera training and certification programs to stay updated with platform capabilities.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Aisera platform (AiseraGPT, AI Workflows, Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of Conversational AI, NLP, and Generative AI concepts.
  • Proficiency in Python, javascript and experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, and cloud orchestration tools.
  • Experience in integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aisera platform certifications (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced).
  • Exposure to multi-agent frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Azure certifications (AI Engineer, Architect, DevOps).
