The Team

Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation practice can help you uncover and unlock the value buried deep inside vast amounts of data. Our global network provides strategic guidance and implementation services to help companies manage data from disparate sources and convert it into accurate, actionable information that can support fact-driven decision-making and generate an insight-driven advantage. Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.

Your work profile:

• Administer and maintain Azure resources including Virtual Machines, App Services, Storage Accounts, Azure AD, and Networking components.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and usage across Azure environments using tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Implement and manage backup, disaster recovery, and patch management strategies.
• Configure and manage alerts, diagnostics, and auditing for Azure resources.
• Apply security best practices including role-based access control (RBAC), network security groups (NSGs), and Azure Defender.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or ARM/Bicep templates.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows in collaboration with development teams.
• Manage identity and access using Azure Active Directory, including conditional access and MFA policies.
• Track and optimize Azure costs using Cost Management and Advisor recommendations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Azure-related incidents and service issues.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Stay current with Azure updates and recommend improvements to enhance performance and security.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with at least 3+ years in Azure administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with core Azure services: VMs, App Services, Azure AD, Storage, Networking, and Monitoring.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Familiarity with Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Update Management.
• Working knowledge of container services (AKS, Docker) and serverless (Azure Functions) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and compliance standards.
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
