  • Business Continuity, Cybersecurity & Data Protection compliance oversight
  • Marketing and financial promotions review
  • Assisting head office towards preparation of monthly management committee reviews and quarterly board meeting presentations
  • Conduct of Compliance training


AML / Financial Crime

  • Draft and maintain AML Manual, KYC/CDD/EDD processes, Risk Rating & V-CIP procedures
  • Horizon Scanning for FATF updates, UNSC updates, etc.; advise business on implications
  • Customer, distributor and vendor onboarding approvals (Name Screening, CDD, EDD, Sanction Checks etc.)
  • Transaction monitoring, sanctions updates, STR/SAR filings, FATF/UNSC updates
  • Liaison with IFSCA, CKYC, and FIU-IND for all AML matters
  • Conduct AML Business Risk Assessment & grey geography checks
  • AML dashboards, audits, thematic reviews & training
  • Advisory to internal stakeholders on AML obligations
  • Maintenance of AML dashboard
  • Conduct of AML training


Audit & Process Oversight

  • Support concurrent, internal audits and other specialised audits,
  • Liaison regulatory inspections and risk reviews
  • Maintenance of audit tracker and reporting dashboards to senior management


Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years in Insurance / Banking / Financial Services (Compliance/AML)
  • Qualified CA /CS or MBA (Finance)
  • Deep knowledge of IFSCA, Insurance Act, PMLA, FATF standards
  • Hands-on, ownership-driven, calm under pressure, business-aware
