The ideal candidate must have solid experience in IT system administration or infrastructure management, with strong technical knowledge across cloud, network, security, and collaboration platforms, alongside excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Email & Collaboration Systems:

• Manage and administer Microsoft 365 email solutions, including user creation, licensing, policies, and troubleshooting.

• Configure and maintain SMTP email services for website and application communications.

• Maintain Active Directory for user access and group policies.


Network & Security Management:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain Fortigate Firewall for secure network operations and VPN configurations.

• Manage Netgear Controller for Wi-Fi network performance and access control.

• Administer and update Kaspersky Endpoint Security across all endpoints to ensure device protection and compliance.

• Manage and maintain VPN connections for remote users.


Server & Web Services:

• Oversee domain registration, DNS management, and GoDaddy web hosting.

• Configure and maintain SSL certificates to ensure secure website connections.

• Manage FTP servers, ensuring secure and stable file transfers.

• Maintain and update WordPress websites for content, plugins, and security patches.


Cloud & Application Management:

• Administer AWS Cloud IT operations, including EC2, S3, and related services.

• Manage Jira for project tracking and maintenance.

• Create and maintain GitHub repositories for version control and collaboration.

Other IT Operations:

• Monitor and maintain biometric attendance systems, ensuring data accuracy and integration with HR systems.

• Maintain proper documentation for all systems, licenses and configurations.

• Provide technical support and implement best practices for asset management and IT infrastructure optimization.


User & Device Management:

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, including email account setup, system access provisioning, and device allocation/retrieval.

• Manage laptop and hardware procurement, including configuration, asset tagging, and lifecycle management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve employee laptop issues, hardware failures, and software-related problems promptly.

• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation for all hardware and licenses


Compliance & Audit:

• Support SOC audit activities by maintaining required documentation, evidence collection, and compliance with IT security policies.

• Ensure systems meet internal security standards and best practices.


Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 6–8 years of experience in IT system administration or infrastructure management.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Fortigate Firewalls, AWS, and Active Directory.

• Working knowledge of endpoint security tools, network controllers, and web hosting platforms.

• Familiarity with GitHub, Jira, WordPress, and VPN technologies.

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects independently.


Educational Qualifications:

 Engineering graduate or B. Tech/MCA with relevant major subjects like Computer Science.

 Applicants with other advanced certifications in relevant areas will be preferred.
