Position Overview


We are looking for an experienced Draughtsman with strong AutoCAD skills to support our project team on a short-term contractual basis. The role requires precision, accuracy, and the ability to deliver high-quality drawings within tight timelines.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create detailed architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Prepare plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and other technical drawings as required.
  • Update and revise existing drawings based on instructions from architects/engineers.
  • Coordinate with the project team to understand drawing requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with technical standards and project specifications.
  • Manage drawing files, maintain documentation, and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
  • Support in preparing BOQs or measurements (if required).


Required skill/Qualification:


  • 5–6 years of experience as a Draughtsman in real estate, construction, or architecture.
  • Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential, 3D added advantage).
  • Hands-on knowledge of related tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or other drafting software) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building drawings, detailing, and industry standards.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality drawings within strict timelines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.


Contract Term:


  • Short-term engagement for 6 months based on project requirements.
  • Full-time, work-from-office role (9:30 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Compensation will be based on experience and project scope.
