This role requires equal parts of analysis and creativity.

Job Description

  • Experience Required: 3 to 5 years; 5+ years of experience in analytics field; Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior analysts; Write SQL, Python & R scripts for data manipulation and analysis o
  • Experience Desired: Retail environment
  • Education Desired: Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to establish effective analytics to inform business decisions
  • Interpret results and develop actionable recommendations from the data analysis to build action plans with business stakeholders
  • Contribute to developing, defining, and completing custom projects and analytics that help drive rich customer understanding to drive a customer centric mentality across our organization
  • Lead and manage projects, tasks, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to specifications.
  • Coach and develop junior talent within the team to ensure all team members continuing to build on their technical acumen
