We deliver projects from inception through completion, embracing challenges to empower communities worldwide.Learn more at Dar Al-Handasah and Sidaracollaborative.Position: - Financial ConsultantExperience: - 3+Years Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, project structuring) for urban and infrastructure projects.Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports/presentations to support client decision-making.Evaluate project financing structures (PPP, BOT, blended finance, private equity, institutional investment).Assess the financial performance of assets, zones, or development phases within larger urban and infrastructure programs.Provide strategic recommendations on investment, development, and financing options.Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and control standards.Minimum RequirementsStrong academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc) is an advantage.3+ years’ experience in financial analysis, economic advisory, project finance, or infrastructure consulting.Strong expertise in Excel-based financial modelling and DCF analysis.Experience working on urban development and infrastructure financing projects (e.g., transport, real estate, utilities, social infrastructure).Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Core CompetenciesAnalytical Excellence – Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills.Technical Skills – Experience in financial modelling for large-scale projects.Communication – Ability to deliver clear insights and recommendations.Leadership & Teamwork – Capable of contributing to and leading project workstreams.Resource Management – Skilled in balancing time, budgets, and resources.Key Sectors / IndustriesUrban Development & Planning (city & regional planning, smart cities, mixed-use developments).Infrastructure (transport, water & sanitation, renewable energy, utilities).Social Infrastructure (education, healthcare, community facilities).Real Estate & Industrial Development (industrial zones, tourism, commercial developments).Kind Note:* While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
