- This is Full Time position with Niveus Solutions (They are Leading GCP Partner in South Asia)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement cloud-based applications using Java

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement API integration strategies on GCP.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability on GKE.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain cloud-based systems to ensure high availability and reliability.

- Stay up to date with the latest cloud technologies and best practices in Java development.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3 to 8 years of experience in Java development.

- Mandatory certification on GCP

- Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and best practices.

- Experience with API integration on GCP.

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Niveus Solutions are Mangalore / Udupi based Organization. They are a Leading GCP Vendor Partner across South Asia. They have 3 verticals operating, which is Application Modernization, Infrastructure Modernization and Data Modernization vertical.

This position posted above, belongs to the application modernization vertical, which involves a team of Developers working on Cloud development and Appliacation development. It mostly involves working on application migration from on-premise or legacy systems on to Public Cloud.

Public Cloud involves Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure. Mostly, the projects Niveus Solutions deals into belongs to Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services Infrastructure and Cloud relating. The Data vertical works on migration of Data infra onto a public cloud whereas, the Infra modernization works on migrating Infrastructure from on Premise or legacy to Public Cloud.

The majority of Teams are sitting at Mangalore, Udupi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Majority of Engineers including Cloud Engineers sit at Mangalore, Bangalore and Mumbai office.
