Role Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Consultant with strong expertise in decentralized EWM implementations and integration with S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EWM organizational configuration, warehouse processes, and integration with third-party warehouse automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and configure SAP EWM in a decentralized environment.
  • Design and maintain integration between S/4HANA and EWM.
  • Configure EWM organizational structures to align with business requirements.
  • Manage Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, and Physical Inventory processes.
  • Define and implement picking and put-away strategies for optimal warehouse efficiency.
  • Integrate EWM with third-party warehouse automation tools such as Laser Guided Vehicles (LGV).
  • Oversee Core Interface (CIF) processes between EWM and other systems.
  • Perform ABAP debugging for troubleshooting and solution development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for WM and MM module integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of overall SAP experience, with a strong focus on EWM.
  • Proven experience in decentralized EWM implementations.
  • Deep understanding of EWM-S/4HANA integration.
  • Strong knowledge of EWM organizational structure configuration.
  • Expertise in warehouse processes: Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Physical Inventory.
  • Solid experience with picking and put-away strategies.
  • Exposure to integration with warehouse automation tools (e.g., LGVs).
  • Hands-on experience with CIF processes.
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging for EWM-related issues.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of SAP WM and MM modules.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in end-to-end EWM implementation projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
