Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Central Finance (CFIN) is desirable, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with hands-on experience in CFIN implementations, including SLT replication, source system integration, and Central Reporting.

This is a high-priority role and we are looking for immediate joiners who can hit the ground running and play a key role in the success of our ongoing and upcoming CFIN initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support SAP FICO implementations with a strong focus on SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
  • Oversee real-time data replication via SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT).
  • Configure and integrate source systems with the central finance system.
  • Handle Master Data Governance (MDG) processes related to CFIN.
  • Design and execute functional and integration testing for CFIN scenarios.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide end-to-end FICO-CFIN solutions.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on CFIN architecture and data harmonization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial data replication and reporting in CFIN.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP CFIN implementations.
  • Strong understanding of FI/CO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
  • Expertise in SAP Central Finance, including SLT replication, source system mapping, and CFIN reporting.
  • Experience in S/4HANA environments.
  • Proficient in data mapping, document splitting, and financial consolidation.
  • Knowledge of Master Data Governance (MDG) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive CFIN initiatives across business and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP Certification in FICO or Central Finance.
  • Experience working in large, complex SAP environments.
  • Exposure to Agile project methodologies.

  • We are looking for candidates willing to work from our Chennai/Hyderabad/Vellore office on hybrid basis only.
