We are looking for a creative junior graphic designer to join our team. The responsibilities of a junior graphic designer include creating designs according to specifications, reporting to the senior graphic designer, and improving design tasks.


Responsibilities:


Design Execution

  • Develop creative concepts and layouts for digital and print deliverables.
  • Work on brand identity, social media creatives, and marketing collateral.
  • Adapt existing design systems to new campaign formats.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and senior designers on client projects.
  • Receive and apply feedback constructively from creative leads and clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned design tasks.

Software & Tools

  • Work proficiently in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
  • Maintain organized design files and export deliverables in correct formats.
  • Continuously work towards learning new software and tools

Quality & Consistency

  • Follow brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
  • Double-check designs for alignment, color, and typography accuracy.
  • Keep up with design trends and bring fresh visual ideas to the table.

Professional Conduct

  • Participate in daily/weekly design reviews.
  • Communicate progress or delays clearly with team leads.
  • Maintain curiosity, discipline, and eagerness to learn.
  • Update timesheets & attend monthly reviews


Requirements and skills


· 1 - 3 years of working experience as a Graphic Designer

· Experience with software, such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, and After Effects.

· Understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts)

· Ability to work well within a team

· A keen eye for detail

· Time management and multitasking abilities

· Creativity skills and problem-solving aptitude

· A talent for creativity and problem-solving
