We have spent our last eight years understanding the workforce from the IT and BFSI industries. We have used this employee data to create a sophisticated intelligence. This brain behind our AI-based products is called EdGE graph- . We have used 11 million job descriptions and more than 30 million profiles to build the graph.
Our products like Pathfinder, Recruit and Mobility are deployed in IT companies like Wipro, HCL, UST Global, etc. and help them upskill, invest, and maintain their existing people. It has helped organizations improve their workforce availability, billing, allocations and drive straight bottom-line impacts. The new order of talent decisions helps us define, identify, and plan for a future-ready workforce.
We build end-to-end talent management products for organizations so that they have a 360-degree view of their talent supply chain. This helps them make informed talent decisions efficiently and build an intelligent workforce.
We built EDGE Networks in 2012 in an apartment in Bangalore and soon, were supported by the National Skill Development Corporation of India (NSDC). We are a part of the NASSCOM Product Council and have been recognized by Gartner, Deloitte, Equidae, NVIDIA, Amazon as an innovative tech HR startup in various titles.

Responsibilities :
- Work closely with CSM, BA, Project Management and, Customers to align on choices with business requirements and deliverables, define scope, features and estimates for new projects and CRs, budget it, plan and execute it with the team.
- Coordinate execution and collaborate across teams to ensure high quality and timely release & support of projects and solutions.
- Provide day-to-day direction to cross-functional implementation pods/support teams and best practices to the customers on deploying the productions within their environment.
- Serve as the first-line decision maker for the business including developing ramp-up plans and schedules that meet customer requirements while also identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Build the designed engineering structure to scale to grow with the strategy of the company and define roles and responsibilities for the implementation team in supporting operations.
- Ensure high technical standards by instituting processes (incident management, architecture reviews, testing) and culture (engineering excellence).
- Manage the backlog for multiple projects and be accountable for the timely delivery of the deliverables.
- Assist the team on design, code reviews and troubleshooting.
- Working directly on development tasks, providing technical leadership, coordinating with other resources and creating high quality deliverables within the defined schedules and budgets
- Providing technical support and ensure availability of support and training material for support, engineering, marketing & sales as required.
- Collaborate with customer and operations leadership to ensure all processes are adhered to throughout the implementation process.
- Proactively identify and deliver on growth opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Experience in running custom software development, delivery with clean rate cards and P&L.
Qualifications :
- 8+ years of experience in building and working with production grade systems.
- 3+ years of software engineering management experience
- Experience in managing project deliveries by owning P&L.
- Managed engineering teams of size 10+ members
- Shipped several large-scale projects with dependencies across multiple teams.
- Built and delivered on successful cross-functional partnerships across multiple teams.
- Been actively involved in creation and execution of technical strategy and roadmap.
- Strong believer in innovation culture and Engineering driven ideas.
- Experience in release management and agile methodologies.
- A track record of recruiting and leading technical teams in a demanding talent market.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and strong CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Fluency in Java, Golang, Python, and JavaScript and RESTful APIs
- Experience with cloud technologies, e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, Mongo
- Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Experience building full-stack web applications end-to-end, including modern single-page apps.
- Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate well, and mentor junior engineers.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, written and oral English language skills.
- Exposure in building AI/ML/Data Science based systems to solve business problems.
- Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, PowerBI, QlickSense etc.)
